{MICROBLADING}
Get excited! We offer Microblading now!
Meet Tasha Wood. She's an expert when it comes to Microblading.
What is Microblading?
Microblading is a manual hand method of semi-permanent cosmetics for your eyebrows which creates extremely fine natural looking hair strokes. The results? Perfectly natural looking, thick, full brows.
However, microbladed eyebrows are nothing like grandma’s permanent tattooed eyebrows that sort of look like they were drawn on using a sharpie, and then fade into unnatural shades of blue and pink over time.
The pigment being implanted to the correct depth, combined with its iron oxide base is what gives microblading results the appearance of natural looking eyebrows. The semi-permanent qualities of the microblading pigment prevent it from fading into unnatural shades that are so common with permanent cosmetics.
How much does it cost?
Services start at $400 which includes the 4-6 week touch up
What can I expect during my appt?
Before the appointment begins, the artist will provide a quick consultation to discuss expectations and results of the treatment.
The artist then draws on the eyebrow shape. Brows are measured perfectly to complement your unique face shape and size.
Anesthetic is applied to reduce any discomfort.
Strokes are placed into the skin and pigment is worked into each stroke to define the brow.
After, a pigment mask is left to absorb into the skin.
Once that’s finished, the artist cleans the area thoroughly.
After the service, the artist will give you the aftercare bag with everything you need for taking care of your new brows.
There won’t be any love lost when saying, “see ya later” to the daily eyebrow routine. At first you will have to care and clean the brows like you would a tattoo. However after that initial couple weeks, microbladed brows won’t require daily maintenance, because the results are semi-permanent, they typically last somewhere between one to three years depending on skin type and lifestyle.
We recommend a touch up 12-18 months later to keep the color looking vibrant, and the microblade strokes looking crisp.
